Register For CampUSA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross training and track & field. The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today’s kids! USA Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 4 to 17.
Our class program has 6 levels to master with a wide variety of progressions, drills and challenges. Ninjas that demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. The purpose of the program is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time.
Ninja jumping includes box jumps, long jump, jumping over or onto obstacles, from platform to platform and even from platforms to ropes and cargo nets!
Kids involved in Ninja get to climb ropes, cargo nets, peg boards, rock walls, ladders and warped walls.
We've upped the game from swing sets to swinging on rings, ropes, hanging ladders, nun chucks and cannon balls!
There are plenty of obstacles to traverse in a Ninja gym: cargo nets, spotting blocks, rock walls, peg boards, ledges and devil steps, to name a few!
One of our top priorities is to develop well-balanced ninjas. These training activities include balance beams, slack lines, wobble ramps, quintuple steps and rolling barrels!
This category includes running, block pushing, and vaulting. In addition, Ninjas also learn tumbling skills so they can look extremely cool while attacking obstacles!
